Refund policy

At Audrey Calvero, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and — where applicable — with the original tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds & Returns

Full-priced items: can be returned for a full refund.

Final Sale items: can be returned for store credit only. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, compensation will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

Items purchased will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that the time required for a returned item to reach our facility may vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping carrier. Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts

Refusal of delivery

the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this period, orders are already processed in our system and can no longer be cancelled. 

Cancellation Fee

If you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order total will be applied. This fee covers the processing costs incurred for your order, including payment handling, order preparation and administrative work already made on your behalf.
