Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and — where applicable — with the original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, compensation will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.
Items purchased at full price will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Items marked as sale at the time of purchase are eligible for store credit only and are not refundable to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Please note that the time required for a returned item to reach our facility may vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping carrier. Refunds or store credit can only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If an order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts
Refusal of delivery
the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, orders may already be processed and can no longer be cancelled.
